    Stunning model to build, it really is big! Same excellent quality as the rest of the models produced. Only issue faced was the cog and wing base on the chassis. I built mine in a modular fashion but found there was no way to cycle the wing back level as in previous models. Found I needed to assemble the wing base level during the chassis build stage to allow the wings to line up later.
    Overall a cracking build.

    Hello, if the gears are not smooth, it means the installation needs to be adjusted. I'm glad you like it.

    Brilliant Kit

    My sixth kit and have got used to them. However, it is still easy to lose concentration for a moment and make a silly mistake which you don't discover until later. Pay close attention to ALL the details in a step and you should have no problems. Remember, if something does not seem to work, walk away from it for a while. I discovered that sixty odd years ago!

    Love the detail.

    I love the Mechanical Eagle model kit. It is very detailed by the use of smaller pieces. It is challenging to assemble but I enjoy that. When I am assembling it I can just block out the rest of the world and be in the moment. It is the perfect past time for stormy days.
    I have purchased 5 of the Mechanical models including: spider, lobster, scorpion and hornet. I love them all!
