It's the 4th model I have bought and as with the other 3 the anodised colour is fantastic, the steel is a darker grey on my set rather than a lighter shade but nothing that detracts from the overall build.
The only question I had was the tail section looking at how the tail ends up I'm wondering if the scales could be fitted at the same time as the anodised hoops are installed? The instructions are clear on how to install the scales but I felt that having to use the thinnest Allan key to stop the nut from spinning was a little fiddly, just maybe something that could be revisited?
Overall another lovely set and a stunning model, thank you and I look forward to the next one.
Use the tweezers or small wrench we provide to clamp the nut to prevent it from rotating, thereby strengthening the shrimp shell. The nuts on the legs can be reinforced so that it can stand up. The locknut at the tail requires a small wrench to clamp it. Then reinforce it so the tail can go up or down
